Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game 62% handles information when you use the app.

1. Information stored by the app

62% does not require an account and does not ask you to provide a name, email address, phone number, or other profile information.

The app stores gameplay progress and preferences such as language, sound, haptics, checkpoints, completion status, and 62+ progress locally on your device. This local data is not uploaded by 62% to a developer-operated server.

2. Advertising

62% uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device and app information, IP address, advertising identifiers when permitted, approximate location inferred from network information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and information used for fraud prevention and advertising measurement.

The exact data processed by Google may depend on your device, region, privacy choices, consent status, and operating-system settings.

3. Consent and privacy choices

Where required, 62% uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request or manage consent for advertising. Users in supported regions may be shown controls to consent, refuse consent, or manage advertising and privacy choices.

On iOS, tracking permission may also be controlled through Apple's system settings. Advertising can still be shown when tracking permission is denied, but certain identifiers may not be available for personalized advertising or measurement.

4. Third-party services

62% uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google's handling of information is governed by Google's own policies and applicable law.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

62% is a native mobile app and does not operate a first-party website tracking system inside the game. Advertising providers may use device storage, identifiers, SDK technologies, or similar mechanisms as permitted by law and by your consent or device settings.

6. Data retention and deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. Because 62% does not operate user accounts or a developer backend for gameplay data, the developer does not hold a server-side copy of that local progress.

Data processed by Google AdMob is retained and deleted according to Google's applicable policies. You can change advertising consent choices where the app provides a privacy-options entry point, and you can manage system-level tracking permissions in your device settings.

7. Children's privacy

62% is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. Advertising configuration and age-rating settings will be applied in accordance with the distribution platform and advertising requirements applicable to the app.

8. Security

62% does not transmit gameplay progress to a developer-operated backend. Third-party advertising services use their own technical and organizational safeguards for the information they process.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app, advertising configuration, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
